Our home is located in a beautiful new-build neighborhood and has just been completed. As a result, we apply an opening discount (which is included in the price).

General
The house is located on the first floor and accessible by the stairs. It is not entirely unimportant that you can park for free on the street side.
kitchen
Upon entering the house you enter the luxurious open kitchen. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals! The kitchen has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Living room
In the living room you can enjoy dining at the modern round dining table. Or maybe relax on the couch and watch Netflix after a long day, that's no problem either!Casa Sol y Sal has an excellent WIFI connection which is also easily accessible on the roof terrace. We also have a smart TV and it is possible to stream various apps via Chromecast such as Netflix, DISNEY+. NPO, Ziggo, KPN, Videoland, YouTube etc. There are no channel channels available.
Bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. This way you can neatly store all your belongings.The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed 160x200 and a lovely large ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower! The second bedroom has 2x box spring beds 80x200.
Of course we have also thought of the children. There is a travel cot for the little ones and of course there is also a high chair available.
Terraces
From the living room you enter the terrace on the pool side. The terrace faces south and there is an awning if you want to enjoy your drink in the shade. The roof terrace can be reached via a staircase from this terrace. The roof terrace is a wonderful space where you can enjoy peace and privacy. There are sun loungers and a beautiful lounge set and pergola. You can stay here until the early hours and enjoy the view!
Common room:
The playground offers lots of fun for the little ones. Adults can use the three vitality devices for a healthy and active holiday! The pool is divided into 2 parts so that small children can play in the shallow part while the elderly can swim laps or relax in the deep part of the pool.
Environment
There are cozy restaurants, wine bars and a supermarket 200 meters from the house. The large open-air shopping center ''La Zenia Boulevard'' is 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find the top shops, a food court, cinema and even a game hall for the kids. So after an afternoon of shopping you can enjoy a glass of wine, eat a hamburger or watch a movie.
San Miquel de Salinas is easily accessible via Alicante airport. There is a wide choice of delicious Spanish restaurants and several bars with beautiful views of the golden beach and blue sea. For the golf enthusiasts among us, the region has no fewer than four 18-hole golf courses. Hitting a ball in a Mediterranean climate. Who wouldn't want that?
